The engineers who build and maintain Utilitly's client-side PDF pipeline — the WebAssembly modules that parse, merge, split, reorder, compress, and convert PDF binaries entirely inside the browser sandbox. This team writes the page-tree and cross-reference-table logic described in Utilitly's PDF guides and is responsible for keeping output files ISO 32000 compliant.
